My Story

When I was at university, working out transformed me from a scrawny kid to a muscular athlete on the rowing team. 

 

Unfortunately, I got into a cycling accident that damaged my knee so badly that I could hardly stand… for years!  I had 4 surgeries but they didn’t help. Foundational Exercises and healthy nutrition eventually helped my knee get better. Yet my knee still has limitations. But by optimising what I have, I still get to live a very active life.

 

I enjoy helping others do the same.
